PATIENT ADMISSION
1. First application desks are inside our polyclinics.
2. The first application desk service is open between 08:00-16:00, emergency pay-office desk is serving between 16:00-08:00 am.
3. The patients who were accepted for admission to the hospital should apply to the related service with the admission papers drafted by the doctor after finishing the polyclinic procedures.
4. Payment transaction can be made for pay patients during their discharge procedures.
SPECIAL EXAMINATION
According to the article 1.9.1 of Communicate of Health Practices, the Faculty Members ( Asst. Prof. – Assoc. Prof. – Prof. Dr.) personally examine, operate or making radiological procedures for an additional fee on weekdays after 16:00 pm. DISCHARGE PROCEDURES
1. The discharge procedures are being made by medical secretary of IT department. The patient can be discharged from the hospital after finishing the discharging procedures.
2. Discharging procedures starts as soon as the pay patients had made their payment. They can leave the hospital after finishing these procedures.
GET AN APPOINTMENT
You can get an appointment by telephone from this number: (0332) 2237000 or by our hospital website on https://hastane.erbakan.edu.tr/.
You have to be ready and checked in at the polyclinic at least 30 minutes before your appointment time to get examined.
Appointment system is available by telephone from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm or by our hospital website 24 hours on 7 days. The polyclinic examination appointments can be made by department secretary within working hours.
You have to represent your identity card with an ID number or your other countries citizens Passport during your application to our hospital.
You can see available appointments from the “Available Appointment” link or get an appointment from the “Get an appointment” button.
Once you get an appointment from a department, you can not get a second appointment from the same department for the next 10 days.
If you don’t appear for three (3) times at your appointment date, you will be blocked from the e-appointment system automatically.
Giving your phone number is optional. But if you want to be informed about an issue related to your appointment, you should give your telephone number so we can call and inform you about the issue.

From the Konya Aerport:
You can use a taxi from the aerport to the Hospital directly.
You can use the buses named ‘’HAVAŞ’’to the City Center
From the City-Center :
You can use the buses line number 1 or 25, or you can also take a taxi to reach
to our Hospital succesfully.
You can use the small buses named ‘’TIP FAKÜLTESİ’’ from different points of
the City Center to reach to our Hospital more easily.
